Returns
Returns cannot be accepted once birds leave our farm due to health and biosecurity concerns.
Canceled Orders
Canceled orders will receive a 15% restocking fee.
Picking Up Orders
Orders will be available for pickup in Olympia by appointment only. I will reach out to you with your available time slots for pickup. While I strive to be flexible and work around your schedule, please note that we cannot hold birds for more than a few days.
We will never ship live animals, due to the high mortality rate, we may be shipping hatching eggs in the future.
