Returns
Live Chick Purchase Policy
Please note that all chick sales are final. Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer returns or refunds once the chick has left our care. Ownership and responsibility transfer at the time of pickup.
Replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

All provided care instructions were followed diligently

Clear photographic documentation is submitted within 24 hours of concern arising and within 48 hours of obtaining your birds.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement based on the evidence provided and the circumstances of each case.

Canceled Orders
Canceled orders will receive a 15% restocking fee.
Picking Up Orders
Orders will be available for pickup in Olympia by appointment only. I will reach out to you with your available time slots for pickup. While I strive to be flexible and work around your schedule, please note that we cannot hold birds for more than a few days.
We will never ship live animals, due to the high mortality rate.
